Bereaved - For surviving family members and friends who wish to join the Celebration of Champions so as to honor and celebrate the life of a Champion who has passed on.  Register here by contacting the Champions Chairman.. 

Champions and Bereaved Family registration forms need to be postmarked by April 9, 2010. Questions about Champions' registration?  Please contact the Champions Chairman.

Sponsors - In order to register, complete and return the Sponsorship form. The form and additional details can be found on the Sponsorship page. Sponsorships are available from $1,500 to $25,000.

Sponsorship Forms need to be returned by March 31, 2010, so that recognition banners and other materials can be ordered.

Donations and Team-Building  - We welcome and appreciate your donation in any amount. You might consider putting together a group donation using our team-building page.
